There was a time when my kitchen felt intimidating. Too many tools I didn’t use, complicated recipes, and the pressure to “cook right.” I didn’t need better skills—I needed a kinder kitchen.
The biggest shift came from simplifying. A large nonstick skillet replaced three pans I never reached for. Suddenly, cooking felt approachable again. Over complicating things in the kitchen happens all the time, just simplifying one thing at a time really calms the storm that can be a kitchen.
My Cosorsi air fryer removed the fear of messing things up. No preheating, no hovering, no guesswork. I can throw food in and trust it will come out good. That confidence makes me cook more than any recipe ever did. It also helps me be able to multi task, because as many of you know, homelife can be very hectic pulling you in 10 different ways.
I also started using pre-measured seasoning blends. Instead of overthinking flavors, I let the blend do the work. Cooking became enjoyable instead of stressful.
Now my kitchen feels like a space that supports me—not one that expects perfection. When cooking feels forgiving, it actually happens.
